Information about service prices and spare parts
Our service prices include labour, cleaning and normal consumables.
Any spare parts are charged separately. We always tell the customer the price and wait for approval before any parts are replaced or extra repair work is carried out.
For services with a one-year warranty, Cykel PRO’s warranty terms apply. The warranty does not affect the customer’s statutory rights under the Consumer Services Act.

How do I book a service?
Open the app, choose a workshop and a service, then pick a time.
Can I order without the app?
Yes. Call us and we will help you with your order.
What does a service cost?
The prices are listed under Bicycle service and prices on this page. You also see the price in the app when you book.
How do points work?
New customers get 50 points once. After that you get 1 point per 10 kronor when you buy in the app. 500 points become a voucher for a free full service.
Where are my receipts?
In the app, under your orders.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel your service in the app.
Does the same account work on the website?
Yes. Use the same email and password on the website and in the app.
I forgot my password.
Choose Forgot password when you log in. We send a code to your email.
How does my workshop become a partner?
Choose Partner shop when you create an account in the app. We then review your request.
How do I delete my account?
You delete your account in the app settings.
